My wife Pat and I had a whirlwind summer first buying a house in Napa Ca and then finding that some upgrades we were making were pushing out our occupancy by 2 extra weeks delaying when we could vacate our home in San Jose. The photos and staging were stunning. We had the number one listing on Zillow and other sites for a week, with thousands of views online and over 100 actual visitors to the house. We had 2 offers in 4 days and sold the house above asking. We were very pleased with the outcome.
