Both my parents had passed away and i was selling an inherited home. Doug wanted to make this process as easy as he could for me, so we decided to sell as is. Doug put my house up for sale on a Saturday and we received multiple offers the first 24 hours. Doug was on vacation the following week and still did a lot of work behind the scenes and by Tuesday we had some great offers to review! By Wednesday we accepted and Thursday we were in escrow! Wow! Doug was excellent at communication throughout the house sale. Escrow was a breeze he said. We made a great team! Everything was quick and seamless throughout the whole process. Dougs a wonderful agent and you'd be lucky to have him take care of the sale of your home!

Doug was quick to respond to numerous questions I had about the process. Bought one house and sold one with him. Always presented me with options for me to decide. I very much appreciated his care. Closed two escrows within three months, thanks to Doug!

Awesome experience working with Doug! I needed to relocate out of state and also sell my house at the same time. Doug was great about taking care of all the little details for me that I couldn't. He was my "boots on the ground" so to speak. I had some issues with a vendor damaging flooring during an inspection, Doug found a repair person and had it taken care of right away. He handled all the little details you wouldn't even think about (he even cleaned up the fallen leaves before every showing). He stayed in constant contact with me regarding showings and offers and never made me feel like I was bothering him with calls or questions. All around fantastic experience. Couldn't ask for a better agent!
