I bring to the table some unique experiences that sets me apart from most agents: Grew up in the Home Building industry. 30 years of experience Building homes for Birkey Homes. As Vice President, I wore many hats, but my main focus was marketing, sales, customer service, and designing floor plans to meet our client's needs. Partner in developing the Woods Edge subdivision in Granger. Military Veteran - Served with the Navy Reserves as a Seabee for 13 years. Served on the Board of Directors of the St. Joseph Valley Home Builder's Association. Served as a Life National Director for the National Association of Home Builders Licensed broker since 2003. Served as president of the St. Joseph Valley Home Builder's Association. Taught continuing education classes at IUSB on "Building a New Home." So why did I choose to join the team at Cressy & Everett? As a home builder I worked with most of the agents in our area. I was always impressed with the Professionalism and work ethic of their agents. Besides being the undisputed leader in our local market, Cressy and Everett has been serving our community for almost 70 years.
