I first feel that I must thank all my sellers and buyers for the opportunities that they have given me! Your reviews make me feel like I need to keep doing what I do and motivate me to only get better. Thank you so much! I was born and raised in Mexico and came to this country when I was 18 years old. I worked in many different places-- factory labor mostly. But my father always told me not to give up. After all those years of long days, I decided to try something new. I needed to do something different, so I went to work for a well known retail company and was a loyal employee for 8.5 years. The last three were not my favorite, so I started to ask myself, "Is this what I want to do for the rest of my life?" The answer was simple-- No! That's when I decided to become a Real Estate Broker. I did't do it right away, it actually took me a few years to make the move. I didn't leave my hourly paying job until I was confident enough that I was going to be able to be someone's trusted adviser to not just move them into a new house, but to find them a home. Once I proved that I could to myself, I left my retail job to become a full-time Real Estate Broker. I love working with sellers and buyers. Finding the right home for my clients is the best feeling, and it makes me think of my own experience. Whether I am working for a seller or a buyer, my goal is to always work as hard as I can for my clients and to help them find the home of their dreams.

As first time home buyers we reached out to Avery without a clue on how to begin the process, he took initiative to show us the ropes and we soon got the hang of it. We really appreciate his patience, Knowledge, determination and his flexibility. as he made this home search fun and less stressful from start to close. We were connected with a couple of different...

We were connected with a couple of different agents before Wayne, but none of them showed the personal investment in helping us find a home that Wayne did. Wayne went above and beyond in helping us find a home. We were excited to find someone we could trust, and his experience both in building and real estate was a huge asset. Wayne walked us through every step of the way, and I never felt like I was bothering him when I had a question or request. He was kind, timely, and savvy throughout the entire process.
