Doug Atkins

We're empty nesters and wanted to downsize and in a hurry for personal reasons. We first met with Doug and Ginger (The A Team) in January and our house was not ready for sale. After 5 weeks of completing The A Team's todo list we listed it In March and in May we closed. The one thing we appreciated most about the A Team was Doug's contractual knowledge. In this market things get crazy with obscure contingencies, etc.. but he was on top of everything and we always felt like we were making well informed decisions. The A Team takes their client's desires very seriously and were flexible in how they approached things depending on how we felt about it. When we listed the house in March we gave the A team a challenge. We set a price for them then left town for 4 days with the goal of having it sold before we returned. They did it! We got the price we wanted in the time frame we wanted. They even fed our fish while we were gone. What more could anyone ask? On a personal note. Sometimes you meet people that are so good at their jobs and exhibit such enthusiasm that it makes you consider switching careers. Not long after we closed we were thinking.....maybe....just maybe we could be like The A Team some day. Nah. There's only 1.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Doug and Ginger Atkins! They spent over two hours with us on our first initial visit explaining everything to us and listening to our wants and needs and desires. Their expertise in moving things around to accentuate the highlights of our unique floor plan was right on point. They constantly kept us in the loop as to what was going on and always listened to our feelings. They worked tirelessly to get our house sold! We would highly recommend them for all of your realty needs.
