Doug has provided purchasing rental properties really easy for me. He is very knowledgeable on letting me know what the market value is at the moment and If I should make an offer. Of course when I do he just sends me an email to sign. From there, I just show up with a check at closing. As easy as that. Doug is fantastic! He was a great listing realtor when we bought our weekend ranch almost 12 years ago, so we knew we wanted him to be our realtor when it came time to sell. We live almost 3 hours away so we only wanted Doug, and no other realtor, to show the property and asked him to make sure everything was locked up when he left. We're from DFW & wanted to find retirement property in the Cisco/Brownwood/Commanche area. Not being from the area, we wanted to work with someone local & Doug was the perfect fit. He was able to give us tons of info on the area; as well as help us maneuver the local regulations. Not living in the area & working full time, we could only come out on weekends. Doug always made himself available, even at short notice and was willing to let us drag him from property to property until we had seen everything we wanted to see in a day.
