We were recommended to Doreen by a neighbor that was also looking to move to Kentucky. I’m so glad we chose her to purchase our new home! Doreen always answered my calls, never made me feel like I was bothering her or had a stupid question and went out of her way to help us with the little details we couldn’t do from out of state. Doreen FaceTimed me during the final walk-through and assured me our home with ready to go. She even set up a weekly lawn care service until we could occupy our home. She drove out of her way to give my son the keys to our new home so he didn’t have to leave work to get them. I would definitely recommend Doreen to all my family and friends!!

I can't say enough about how Doreen helped us sell our condo. Having a realtor who knows the area and has a background in design made our condo appealing to many. She was great explaining all the paperwork and working with potential buyers. She kept us informed along the way and answered any questions we had. We loved working with Doreen, she’s extremely knowledgeable and used her connections in the real estate and mortgage spaces to help us connect with several lenders to help us get the best deal possible. She never tried to pressure us into liking a home that we clearly were iffy about or would not suit our needs. Doreen went above and beyond for 11 months while we searched for a home. The search was long and difficult due to our tight budget restriction and several homes in our price range not being in good enough shape to pass an FHA appraisal but once we found one my husband and I loved and could see our family growing in she fought for us to get the most out of our contract. We were able to have the seller provide a new stove and fridge included in our contract and Doreen pushed for us to be provided with good quality products that will last and even gifted us a termite inspection before close. I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know who needs an agent to represent them.
