I highly recommend Dorathea when looking for a real estate agent. Dorathea was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some good tips as to the things that I needed to do before putting my house on the market. Once the minor improvements were completed, the house was put on the market on a Sunday morning and by the end of the day I receive an offer over the asking price. Which it was AWESOME and it was all due to the hard work and vast knowledge of Dorathea. I should also point out that throughout the entire process from before putting the house on the market, till the closing date, Dorathea always answered every call, text or email no matter what time of the day or evening. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated.

Dorathea was very quick to respond for everything. She found us a builder in a very nice neighborhood. We chose the last lot to be bought and picked a floor plan and that was that! Can't say much about the builder, we are keeping a list of things wrong with the house as we go.
