The whole process was under a month from offer to closing - faster, easier, and smoother than I ever thought it was going to be. She was in constant communication throughout and always reachable if I had questions. I really can't say enough good things about her knowledge of the local market: her recommendation for the offer was spot on with the appraised value and comparables, and I was very happy with the inspection services she recommended, including specialty septic and well water panel.
