I came to Donna with what I wanted. we talked through other options. when i found what i liked, she put in an offer a good bit under asking (and it had already been reduced twice). she included so much information on comps and why they should accept the offer, and they did! she was also helping in getting names for services I needed (inspection, lock change).
Donna helped us in every step of the selling process. As this was our vacation home, Donna was always available and willing to ensure our home was ready for showings. She is incredibly knowledgeable, is an excellent communicator and used her delightful sense of humor to ease our stress. We plan to use her for all our future real estate needs and highly recommend her and her group.
