My wife and I constantly marveled at how well Donna helped us locate a new home. Her attention to detail and her advice on what we should be looked for was highly impressive. Her intelligence and skill really came to the forefront in the bidding process which has become common in today's home buying. Once our offer was accepted, she discovered that the seller had left a mess in the house. She took videos of the mess, obtained a quote as to the cost of disposing of it and obtained $800 from the seller to correct the problem. Even after the closing, she was extremely helpful in advising us on the various problems facing anyone moving into a new locale. She provided us with information as to what and when certain "moving in" steps had to be taken and who to see to effect those steps.

They went above and beyond holding a Facebook live event showing our home, followed by an open house the following day and then Donna worked with multiple realtors to insure we had the best offer. It was a great experience and went seamlessly and we cannot say enough great things about both the sale of our home and the help in purchasing our condo.
