My listing was so perfectly done with the right description for the area, photos and most importantly the beautiful video. Once offers came in (multiple on day 1) she was there every step of the way. When all was said and done, I was extremely happy with her professional manner and how personable she was. I felt as though a good friend was there for me through the process.

Great suggestion to have an inspection completed proactively to address small nits that could otherwise surface from a buyer's inspection. Buyer for our home was out of state and challenging with change in closing date that required a ton of negotiations.
