Great suggestion to have an inspection completed proactively to address small nits that could otherwise surface from a buyer's inspection. Buyer for our home was out of state and challenging with change in closing date that required a ton of negotiations. Ultimately, got the job done and set a new high for the sale in our small neighborhood in Mystic Cove, Hobe Sound. Would recommend her without hestiation.
