As a first-time home seller, I needed some guidance-Donna was great! Donna was prepared with many comps, knew the area well, and the best way to approach the sale. She arranged to have my home pre-inspected so there weren’t any surprises and assisted me with any necessary repairs. Donna did a great job showcasing my home online with pictures, video, and virtual tour. She really knows her stuff! Donna really goes out of her way and that is difficult to find in an agent. Thank you!

Donna Paletta was with us from beginning to end on the sale of our home. I can't say enough great things about her as a realtor and a wonderful person. She goes above and beyond to help you. I purchased a home with her help and expertise prior to my home sale. My Sister will be buying a home soon and she will have Donna on her side. You will not find a better realtor with more expertise. She is THE BEST !!!...THANK YOU DONNA !!!

Donna listened to me every step of the way. My move was huge to me as I found myself single. She honored that and once I found my new home, she did not leave me. She has great negotiating skills and knows the market so well that nothing will hinder her from doing the right thing for her buyer and seller. She was with me through both selling my home of 25 years and downsizing to a lovely home. Working with Donna was a pleasure; always there for me to navigate this difficult journey. Donna doesn’t just help you sell your home or buy your next “journey” she gives all of herself, her time, and her incredible knowledge of real estate.

Very Helpful in learning about the local area and getting referrals.

Donna was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always quick to respond, thorough in her explanations, and she truly had my best interests at heart. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Donna priced our house perfectly. She staged it beautifully. We had a few electrical issues. She immediately brought in an electrician and solved our problem. She is very personable. We are so happy we chose Donna Paletta to represent us.

Donna exhibits all the qualities in being a superior agent. She offered honest opinions and she expedited the sale of my house in a timely manner. Thank you Donna for also being understanding of my needs while going through the selling process! Your are a superior agent.

I could not recommend anyone higher than Donna Paletta. She has an extensive knowledge of the market as well as targeting the qualities I was looking for in a home. She has endless energy and work ethic. You can’t find better!

Donna was great to work with. Her attention to detail made the process very smooth. We highly recommend Donna!

Donna is without a doubt the friendliest, hardest working, knowledgeable agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She listens to her clients' wants and needs and finds the best matches. She doesn't stop once the deal is signed, she continues to work to ensure her clients are happy. Her knowledge of Martin County and people and businesses is a major asset. On top of all that she is sweet and a lot of fun.

Donna is very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend her

From the very beginning of the selling process of my parents home I knew Donna Paletta was the person to contact. She had already helped in selling a prior property for my parents and the trust they put in her was never disappointed. Donna's professionalism and care and concern was evident throughout the entire process from start to finish. She kept us informed every step of the way and always had our best interest in all decision making. Communication was clearly shown as Donna reached out to us on many occasions to just check in or to inform us of decisions that needed to be made. We are extremely pleased with how Donna handled the complete sale of our property and her willingness to go beyond our expectations.
