It is with pleasure I write this review about my experience working with Donna McKenna as my (buyer's) realtor. I was a first time home buyer looking to purchase my first home during the peak of the real-estate market in May/June of 2021. After having researched and looked for property for two years prior I finally was able to find a home I was truly interested in purchasing. The home was highly sought after with multiple bidders and I was truly inexperienced in the market. Donna walked me through the process of placing an initial offer on the property while also setting up an escalation clause I felt comfortable with. Given the nature of the market, it came as no surprise I had to enter into my escalation clause to max offer I was willing to purchase the property for. Things were looking grim, and then news came. Higher bids were being placed on the house and I was essentially outbid. However, Donna knew I was a highly competitive buyer in the market with no contingencies and willing to rent back to the seller for any needed duration of time. This is where Donna's true professionalism, experience, and drive in wanting to bring success to her clients was demonstrated. Donna was able to work with the seller's realtor and convey who I was and what I was truly able to bring to the table without fail. It was her drive for success, her key communication, and ultimately the Lord's Will that the seller agreed to my offer! From the start of the house tour to the signing of the paperwork at the table, Donna was there to help and assist me along the way.
