If you're looking for a realtor who shows up, smiles, shakes hands, and hopes for the best… keep looking. If you're looking for someone who gets results, keeps it real, and strong-arms deals across the finish line when necessary — then let me introduce you to Donna Maicher. Donna helped sell my mother-in-law’s house and somehow managed to make the process (mostly) painless — no small feat when you're juggling paperwork, emotions, and family group texts. She was always a step ahead, incredibly responsive, and somehow managed to explain every confusing real estate form in plain English, not ancient Realtor-speak. Now for the best part: a few days before closing — A FEW DAYS — the other agent drops the bomb that “the deal might not happen on time.” Oh really? That’s cute. Donna didn’t panic. She didn’t flinch. She put on her metaphorical aviators, walked into the situation like a negotiator in an action movie, and squeezed the other side (politely, but firmly) until the deal did happen on time. Honestly, I don’t know what she said or did — and I’m not sure I want to — but by the end, the house was sold, the papers were signed, and the other side probably needed a nap. Donna is professional, fierce, funny, and exactly who you want handling something as big (and occasionally dramatic) as selling a home. We’d use her again in a heartbeat… although we’re hoping no one else in the family moves anytime soon.
