We lucked out with a very quick and easy sale due to an investor cash purchase over the phone w/no inspections. So not much work had to be put in for the selling of our home however Donna is very active on all social media platforms and when I looked online, I saw my house Everywhere. She was also helpful guiding us through the ins and outs of current real estate since it's been 15 years since I've sold or bought a home. Things have changed and she was happy to explain and go through everything, so we understood. We opted for an extended time before settlement, almost 3 months falling into summertime: and I also did not attend settlement and instead pre signed and wired proceeds. I honestly did not see her at all after the initial listing appointment until settlement day, however it really wasn't necessary and she was always available by phone or text whenever needed. All questions were answered and information given in a prompt and timely manner and our sale to settlement went through very smoothly.
