Donna acted as “dual agent” on transaction that I worked with her on. I think this really worked to all parties benefit on this deal. It was the smoothest transaction I have had in my career - I’ve probably bought/ sold 10-12 properties in my life as a real estate investor. Her experience as an investor/ landlord and as a real estate agent gives her unique ability to understand all sides of a transaction and focus on facts that matter. I think dual agency is a tough role for an agent - but throughout this transaction I felt like the she had my best interest in mind, understood my concerns, addressed them professionally, and pushed everything in a positive direction. I would not have changed a thing about the interaction and hope to work with her again in the future.
