Donna acted as “dual agent” on transaction that I worked with her on. I think this really worked to all parties benefit on this deal. It was the smoothest transaction I have had in my career - I’ve probably bought/ sold 10-12 properties in my life as a real estate investor. Her experience as an investor/ landlord and as a real estate agent gives her unique ability to understand all sides of a transaction and focus on facts that matter.
