We worked with Donna to buy a house as well as sell our own. We had an amazing experience. We were buying a house in an extremely competitive market and made offers on two houses in total. Both were accepted (we retracted our first offer after realizing the house was not for us). This is unheard of in the type of market we were buying and it was 100% due to Donna. She communicated with the seller to find out what was most important to them. We were thus able to make offers tailored to what the sellers desired and they loved our offer. We got a n amazing deal on our new home and couldn't be happier. On the seller side, Donna made everything seamless. I don't think we could have had a less stressful experience selling our home. She set everything up, walked us through each step as this was our first time selling a house. I hired Donna to help sell my 90 year old Mother's house. She had lived in the house for nearly 60 years. Donna was very sensitive to issues around my Mom's age and her not being willing or able to make major changes to the property to get it ready for sale.
