Donna helped us sell our first home and she was lovely to work with. I would highly recommend Donna to anyone selling a house. From beginning to end she provided valuable professional advice and service. At our initial meeting, she patiently took time to discuss the house, the market, and her services. When pricing the house, she took an approach that was aggressive without being unreasonable. Her commission was slightly more than others I talked to but I am certain that in the end it was easily made up in the price we received for our house. I think the time she takes with house prep and presentation are a key factor in why her clients enjoy success. Her services include some time with a house stager, she uses a professional photographer to take attractive photos, and she features the property in an attractive multipage brochure. Since she works together with her son and husband, I felt I had a team working on the sale of my house. Donna is a very accessible and responsive communicator.
