Donna Friesner sold our home when it seemed that no one else could! Our house was an overly customized, expensive home on 4 acres of land in Perrysburg. It was truly beautiful, but not going to be an easy sell. Donna did several things that were key to selling the house. First, she helped us competitively price it. Secondly, she arranged for a stager to come in to help us properly prepare the house for today’s market. After the staging, she had a professional photographer take beautiful pictures. Even more impressive was that she scheduled overhead pictures to be taken from a drone. This really showed off the privacy of the estate and it’s 4 acres. All of the above resulted in 13 showings in three weeks. Donna had signs made and placed around the house to highlight its many special features that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. Amazingly, she was at every showing to be available to answer questions regarding our house. This was very significant due to the complexity involved. The house sold at very nearly full price. Donna saved us considerable money by advising us in the negation process. She was available and present throughout the appraisal and closing. Donna made what could’ve been a very tedious and difficult situation essentially seamless. Of course, we turned to Donna Friesner when it came to buying a new house. Here too, her knowledge and professionalism really came through. When we chose our new “forever “ home, Donna was very complete in showing us how the square footage price of this home compared with similar homes that recently sold in the same area. This really helped guide our offering price. She was hugely accommodating in arranging the inspection and advising about contractors who could assist in fixing any problems. Once again, all of this made the process much easier and less stressful than it would’ve been otherwise.
