From start to finish, Donna was a true realty professional in all aspects as I prepared to sell my father's estate. Her knowledge of the local market pricing and the updates that needed to be done before listing were extremely helpful and she provided reliable resources to help me get some of those updates accomplished. But the absolute BEST part of working with Donna were the steps that she took, over and above, her normal duties when I couldn't be around; things like opening the house for contractors, purchasing furniture to "stage" the house after it had been emptied, and finishing up some last minute painting so that I wouldn't have to travel 250 miles to do it. She was also very quick to respond to questions or concerns I had about the process and was never willing to get you less than I deserved for our house. Not gonna lie here, can she be a little "pushy" at times? Absolutely. Can it come across as intimidating at times? Yes. But I say this with confidence that it is ALWAYS in the best interest of YOU, the client and once you put your trust in her you won't be disappointed in the end and if I lived in the St. Louis metro area I'd use her as often as I could.
