I hired Donna to sell a house for me. The house needed to be cleaned out as well as cleaned before we listed it "as is". Donna arranged the cleanout crew and the deep cleaning as well as a landscaper to cut and trim the lawn. This made things very easy for me. The house sold for over the listing price in a couple of days. Donna also arranged for my title company. Her services included little things like having extra keys made for the property and dropping them off at my house. After the closing, Donna dropped the check from the title company off at my home that afternoon so I would not need to make another trip to pick it up. Donna told me when I hired her that she always answers the phone and she sure did. There was never a time that I called her and she did not answer. She also told me that I would not believe how easy the sale would be, and I have to admit that it was a very easy process. It's been years since I sold a home. My past experiences were basically that the listing agent got the listing and then basically disappeared because they would make money whenever the house sold. It was quite a pleasant surprise to me to have all of Donna's attention to detail and organizational and management skills to expedite the sale of the property with very little effort from me. This was not an expensive property, but I believe she most likely gives all of her clients the same excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Donna for the sale of your property.
