Donna did a bang up job selling my house! I felt really comfortable using her as my realtor because she really understands the market and what makes a home sell while making sure that I felt comfortable with all the decisions. Also, even though she has a crazy busy schedule, she always made time to answer my questions, or got back with me right way if she was in the middle of something. Donna has a vision of how to best present the furniture and decorations to a buyer to ensure that you get an offer right away. Even though I lived over an hour away, she did everything she could to ensure that my house was ready to sell in the time I wanted and pushed me to ensure that we stayed on my schedule. She has a high standard of how the home should be presented and really notices the details. She is also really good at highlighting the special features of a home. When we had the professional photos taken, the end product looked amazing. Because of of this, we were able to sell our home for asking price and we were under contract in 3 days while two other homes on the same street had been on the market for months! I could not have done it without her.
