This was my second time using Donna Cox to sell my property. The first time was a bit easier because it was a seller's market. This time was completely different. The first buyer to make an offer lost his job, so we had to start again. The second time there were two buyers. We received a higher offer than from the original buyer. Donna really had to work for her commission, but she is a real professional and knows exactly what she needs to do. If you are looking for a realtor who works above expectations, and you want RESULTS, Donna Cox is the one for you. I couldn't be happier! She is a gem.

Donna went so far above and beyond for us. It was unbelievable. Her knowledge of the market second to none. She knew everybody involved. We had a closing that stretched out for 20 some days and she got us through that and she even dealt with the water department because we had already left, I've sold houses in multiple States and Donna is probably the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with in my life. Anything we needed we got you looking for real estate agent pick because you won't find a better one in Florida

Donna was a godsend to our family in assisting us with getting our parents home sold quickly. She knows her industry inside and out and she also knows the Titusville area. I had many questions and Donna answered every one of them, quickly. She is very responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend her for assistance with selling our buying real estate. Thank you so much for everything Donna!

Donna's is a true professional, with an astute knowledge in our local housing market. This became quite evident during every twist and turn of our positive selling "adventure". Donna exceeded our expectations with confidence, genuine kindness, and consideration as she clearly communicated knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and informative responses. All while smiling!

Donna is the consumate real estate professional. She is thorough yet friendly and understanding. Her market knowledge resulted in a sale within four days of listing. Donna helped us stage the house using available items only. Her eye is so keen that our buyers even wanted the furniture. She handles every expectation or issue routinely and completely. We could literally go on and on. We don't have real estate transactions often, but when we do we know who to go to. Thank You Donna!!

Donna’s knowledge of the housing market is beyond impressive. She is professional, friendly and kind. Donna has been my agent as a buyer and a seller, I would never use anyone else. I was in very good hands and I am 100% happy with my experience and my new home. So thankful for Donna.

Donna helped us find our new home, showed us numerous homes, but provided the insight needed to select one that had most value for our needs and insured that it met current requirements to obtain lowest Homeowners Insurance coverage, something that has become a big deal in Florida. She made the process painless, and she provided the answers to all the questions I posed and was our interface with the owner. She provided help in setting up our Utilities, finding an electrician and other support to help us work through the transition to our new Home and surroundings. We couldn't have had a better person to facilitate finding a new home, working through its purchase and helping us get the information we needed to make the transition from California to Florida. I highly recommend Donna, she is outstanding, highly knowledgeable and will get you into a new home you will be happy with.

We interviewed four local Real Estate agents; Donna Cox was Superior. She displayed tremendous market knowledge and industry insight. She listened carefully to our unique situation and made a great deal of notes with diagrams. She gave us specific tasks for improving the presentation of our custom home. The photographs and videos were excellent and displayed well on line. Donna was alway available by phone, text and email and we updated each other often. Donna also explained all the paper work and always discussed the pros and cons of each offer we received. She always displayed a “can do” attitude and her industry recognition of her efforts were well deserved. We thank you so much!

Donna made what seemed like an impossible life changing move possible. Start to finish the knowledge and expertise she provided helped to effectively and quickly find the perfect buyer for our home. We can’t thank her enough for all she has done.

Donna is an outstanding agent who is very knowledgeable about the real estate industry. Donna sold our property quickly at a good price. Highly recommend her for your real estate sale or purchase.

Very personable, very knowledgeable about real estate sales processes. Provided great vendors to assist with preparing the property for market. Kept us very informed as to potential buyers, offers closing progress. Highly recommend Donna Cox!

This was the second home Donna has sold for us. This was the sale of our deceased sister’s home and none of the family was local for this one. Donna went far above and beyond in providing referrals to help get the home cleared out ready for sale. She was excellent at keeping tabs on the home as well as staying in touch and providing real time information. She advocated tirelessly on our behalf in negotiations with other realtors. Would definitely recommend Donna Cox, whether selling or buying real estate!
