Donna is an incredible agent. It was a difficult time to sell. But she did it! Also there was a lot of back and forth with the negotiation and then the repairs. Donna was on top of it every step of the way. I hope everyone has someone as professional as Donna!
A ‘can-do’ person is the way that we like to describe Donna. She has the experience and ability to see things pertaining to a property that greatly enhances its marketability. Donna was always available and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. We have dealt with real estate agents in Brevard, Volusia, Citrus, and Marion counties over the past 5 years or so and… well, I’ll just say that Donna has proven to be the best and we are certainly glad that we were fortunate enough to have chosen her as our agent for the recent sale of our home.
Donna handled both the sale of our old home and the purchase of a new one, and both buying and selling, she did an outstanding job! With professional knowledge, she negotiated the hurdles and kept us informed at every turn. She went above and beyond to be helpful and to solve any problems we encountered. She even managed to get the closing done in the middle of a hurricane! Her friendliness and professionalism make Donna easy to work with, and we highly recommend her to anyone needing a good real estate agent.
Over the past three decades my family has called on Donna whether we were buying or selling a property. Literally three generations of my family from my parents, my husband and I, my sister and my adult children have always returned to Donna for our real estate needs. She has been there for us through many seasons of life and has always been consistent in her expertise, knowledge, professionalism, friendliness and compassion. We always knew we were in the best hands and had total confidence in Donna’s judgment. I am so thankful for Donna, she truly is the best in the business. I would never want to use anyone else.
Donna did a Fabulous job. She helped at every stage of the sale. Gave me great advise. A true professional. She kept me informed every step of the way. She understands the market and definitely understands how to sell your house. If you choose to use her you will be in great hands.
Selling your home is a personal journey where, inevitably, you are changing your lives. It is very rare to encounter a professional in this field, and secondly, one who takes the time and has the ability to understand what that journey means for the individuals involved. The market has been extremely challenging, but Donna has continuously and consistently performed at the highest level within it, no matter what economic conditions have been present. This approach takes a great deal of experience, patience, and empathy as sellers and potential buyers have heightened emotions as their own personal circumstances are changed throughout periods like this. The goal is always to achieve the task with which you have been given, and in Donna's case, it was the sale of our property so that we could continue with the relocation of our lives and business. Her intimate knowledge of the local marketplace has been gleaned from many years of practice. We highly recommend and almost insist that anyone seriously focusing on either side of the property market in Titusville and its surrounding areas contact Donna.
Donna, was very efficient and professional. We hope to have her help us again in the near future. Thanks
Donna's professionalism and stedfast knowledge of the market made for a delightful experience. She left no stone unturned, and was a step ahead on every matter that arose from the property manager, to title and local tradesmens (HVAC). When a hurdle appeared she had the solution to clear it at every step of the way. It was pleasure working with her on the Sale of my Condo and anyone considering a realtor in Titusville would be remiss to pass up Donna Cox.
We were SO fortunate to have had Donna Cox As our Titusville, realtor. There may be no better realtor in Central Florida In our opinion. Our impression comes from having had four previous homes purchases over a 35 years period by realtors in the North Florida market. Donna’s experience and results were apparent when you walked into her office layered by performance and recognition awards over a life’s work in the Titusville community. This instilled, great confidence in us attempting to navigating this purchase from a distance. She seamlessly connected the dots and helped navigate us into a home and neighborhood that fit our personality, lifestyle, and budget. 360 A+ the best!!!
We thought this home might take a long time to sell. But Donna knows how to market, she is very attentive to the buyer’s special requests, and got the job done in record time. Thanks Donna for working your magic. Queita
Working with Donna was a pleasure. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the Titusville area real estate market. With her help we received 3 offers on our home within the first 2 weeks of it being on the market! She worked diligently to secure the best buyer and helped us prepare to turn over the home all the way thru closing. Donna is a wonderful person and highly skilled agent.
In today's market, it's worth having a realtor like Donna who has many years of experience buying/selling homes. This is our fourth real estate transaction with Donna (houses and condo). She is very professional, yet down to earth and easy to talk to, and can easily handle difficult situations. She listens to you while providing advice using her broad marketing knowledge. Her communication is exceptional, keeping ahead of any potential issues. She will always be our go-to realtor and someone we call friend.
