We were looking to purchase a home in Florida while living hundreds of miles away in a different state. When we first met with Donna we didn't know where to start looking or what questions to even ask. Donna Calhoun has been the best. We have purchased numerous properties in multiple states and our experience with Donna has been the best. She was very caring and patient during our home buying experience when my wife and I came down with COVID 19 and we’re pretty much indisposed for over two weeks. She has represented us numerous times and been at our new home when we could not. We were forced to cancel our trip to Florida more than once to preview the property and had to rely on Donna and her honest inspection of our new home. It has been so great because she has been available every time we’ve needed her. She was at our new home as soon as we get to it following our flight this past Monday. She was so nice to give us a tour of the home, resort amenities, and help us with the HOA. She has graciously helped us with our internet service installation by taking time out of her busy schedule and waiting for over an hour for the installer to show up.
