We began our journey to purchase a Florida condo for vacation use by checking online listings from home in MA. Donavon Davies was the realtor on a condo that interested us so I gave him a call. Unfortunately, another party offered more over listing than we felt it was worth, but when their deal fell through, we got another chance & our offer was accepted! It was quite a challenge to purchase property so far from our home but Donavon guided us smoothly, expertly advising us the entire time. We were so lucky that we found Donavon. We were trying to buy a new home in Florida while living in Massachusetts. It was not easy but Donavon made the difference.
