It has been a long road and Don was there every step of the way! We submitted offers on multiple locations and the right one finally worked out for us, because of Don. We were not the first offer accepted, but because Don urged the seller's agent to keep our offer as a backup we were the first call for the home we really wanted when the original offer fell through! For each offer we submitted, Don was there to review all of the details and assist us in making the best possible offer on the homes and ones that we only truly felt comfortable with.
