We first met Don Wright for a walk through of our rental home that had been destroyed by tenants. I was embarrassed to even show the home, but Don took it in stride and walked through it with us. He gave us the current value of the homes in the area, and we agreed to meet again after we remodeled the home. Every once in a while Don would contact us to see how we were progressing on the remodel. He even gave us some names of people who could do some of the jobs that needed to be done. We met again a few months later. Don informed us of some of the increases in home values in the area and we decided to go for the high range to see what would happen.
