Our builder introduced us to Don about 3 years ago when we asked if he could recommend a realtor. Since then, Don has helped us every step of the way through the purchase and sale of one lot, and the purchase of another lot. Since I live 100 miles away, I relied on his expert knowledge of the area housing market and housing developments, as well as traffic patterns and proximity to busy highways. He forwarded ample property listings that met our criteria for us to view online or see "in person." He is a consummate professional agent and was never too busy to take my calls, answer my emails or text messages. He prepared documents (and us) well prior to sale, purchase and closing of our properties. The link he provided for us to review documents, or make changes prior to closing was easy to navigate, and any changes we wanted to make in were made promptly. Addendums to the originals were also handled expediently. When we had a question, he answered it right away, or, if it took some investigating on his part, we heard back from him within the same day. All of our closings were carried out "without a hitch" owing to his proficiency. Without reservation, I recommend Don King to anyone "in the market" for a real estate sale or purchase.

Don went the extra mile to help find me my new home. His professionalism and knowledge of the market were exemplary. He was available and consistently worked around my schedule. Helpfully all the way they sale. Every Realtor should know area, get photos, put your home on MLS. The King team go above that. They have area info to help with staging the home, cleaning, moving furniture, storage. They are helpful with issues you might have to put those behind you.
