Over the several months process Don was excellent about drawing out of our family what was most important to us. He was patient with us as we narrowed down our goals. As a resident of the Island Don has great knowledge of the different parts of Whidbey right down to each neighborhood we toured. He is also low pressure and we never felt pushed into something we were not 100% interested in. We never felt rushed to settle. When we finally found the right home Don helped us put together an offer (in a super competitive market) that the owner accepted. It's worth noting that COVID-19 did NOT negatively impact our purchase. Don did a great job of adapting as it was coming right out of the gate at the time we went pending.
