Had some land I needed to sell to fund long term care for my mom on whidbey Island. Contacted a buddy of mine the lives on Camino Island, and Don was the guy at the very top of the list. Don worked so hard to handle all the problems, both small and large, regarding selling my home. He took care of contacting all the help and professional labor to take care of the problems with my 32-year-old home. He did this perfectly and kept the cost low. He worked with the buyer's mortgage company and cut through the red tape there, too. He made me feel that he was handling my property just as he would if it was his own property. Believe me, I am so happy I had him as my realtor!! I could not have done better!!
