Great Experience from start to closing

Even though I've had some experience in the buying and selling of real estate, when I finally decided to sell my last house, I needed to find an EXPERIENCED broker/realtor I felt comfortable with, who also had experience in the local area. After quite a bit of research, I was fortunate to find Don Dillon with Seawinds Realty. I was not mistaken! Don knew the area intimately and was able to provide me with the figures and facts that helped me determine the correct asking price. Within a reasonable period of time, several offers came in, and thanks to Don's suggestions, a satisfactory contract was signed. It was then that I realized the necessity of having a knowledgeable Realtor working for me. Don was there for the inspections, handled all the laborious paperwork that was required, and within a very satisfactory period of time, accompanied my wife and I to to the closing table for a very easy closing. In my opinion, Don Dillon of Seawinds Realty was one of the best Realtors I have ever had the experience, and pleasure, of working with. I recommend him very highly!
