Don is AMAZING. I had sold a home 20 years before this sale and things had changed SO much in the selling process. Don walked me through EVERYTHING. He was available 24/7. I received a job offer that required a QUICK relocation. Don was recommended to me and he was heaven sent. He communicated with me throughout the ENTIRE process. He made excellent suggestions in areas I was unknowledgeable about. I am a single mom professional on a restricted budget and he made such wise suggestions on quality repairs etc. His marketing strategies and suggestions (unlike what I initially wanted to do) had my house with a contract within 4-5 days AND $11,000 +++ over the asking price AND minimal out of pocket repairs. Don referred me to a 1)roofer 2) electrician 3) heater/refrigeration and window replacement services and ALL of them were courteous, professional, prompt and quick to respond to meet my sale deadline and most of all REASONABLY priced, at a time I think others would have taken advantage of my need for quick service. I wished I knew all the service guys the 16 years I had lived in that town. I was so impressed with Don that I used his wife Victoria as my lender on the new property I was buying in a distant town 4 hours away that I was moving too. Victoria's work ethics, knowledge, input etc. was as valuable, insightful and appreciative as her husband Don. These two are Ellis County's best kept secret that needs to be told to ANYONE selling OR buying a house. I feel like I made friends in the process and during an emotional time of selling my daughters and my HOME that she grew up in. I trusted both of them and felt very comfortable in every aspect. They are WONDERFUL. I can't write enough good things about them. I wanted to put them both in my suitcase and bring them with me HA.

My husband traveled from Dubai, UAE to meet with Don after a month and half of helping us search online for our home search. We were wanting to move into a new area in North Texas. Not many agents will deal with you on online searches but Don did. I had several agents either disregard our online questions on homes which meant they did not care to take the time or asked to sign a contract with them even for online searches. Don took my husband to see homes for two days. We then flew back to The US and saw homes for three days. Don was very knowledgeable about all the surrounding areas and was most helpful. If you want an agent that will REALLY work for YOU. Then Don is the agent for you. Some agents don't realize they just close the door on potential customers when they are not willing to even converse online about a prospect. Don worked with our financial institution to expedite a quick closing and even has a financial consultant that can help anyone that does not already have financing available. Don also assisted us with a few issues after our move-in and checked back with us to make sure our move was without problems. THAT is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
