We have known Don for a few years now, he is an excellent real estate agent and great person. Don is always available ready to take care of our questions and concerns. Our experience working with him was great, we highly recommend him for your next real estate project.

What a smooth process we had working with Don Baker and his wife, Victoria Baker. They were always quick to respond and answered as many questions as we threw at them. Don is very thorough and walked us through our search and then closing step by step. We didn’t think buying our first home was possible until he and his wife made it our dream come true! We are still in shock and blessed that buying our first home with their help became a reality. My words can’t express the emotions and joy I’m feeling. Don Baker (Fathom Realty) and Victoria Baker (Southwest Funding) are Phenomenon!! In the beginning I was very nervous and dumbfounded about the whole process… wasn’t sure if I was going to qualify and thinking the process would take forever. Victoria is a GENIUS at what she does with those numbers. OhMyGosh! and Don… let me tell you about Don. He is one of the most honest, kindest, most patient person I’ve come around across. (I tend to be a hand full at times) This was my first home and I was very “undecided” (for lack if better words) about what I wanted and where I wanted to reside. Don (always smiling) never changed his tone or showed any frustration. Never made me feel any type of way when I kept changing my mind and had a million and one questions. I would see a house, call Don and by days end we were viewing the home. Don and Victoria were ALWAYS available day and night… and trust me, there were times. I expected this to be a lengthy process; however it wasn’t. I started in August, was in my home by December. I really appreciate and Love them for all they’ve done… they’re like family now. I am Very Big on Great customer service and they are just that. I will be forever Grateful and will refer to everyone. God Bless you… your hard work is much Appreciate. 🙏🏾

It was a joy to work with Don. He was with me from start to finish. I had many questions, many concerns which he addressed expeditiously and with my end goal in mind. Don and I saw many homes until I felt I had found one that checked the most boxes for me. He was with me for this home and he will be with me on my next home…my family has used his services in the past and we feel the same way. He guided us. Your the driver he is the guide to get you into that home you’ve been searching for. Highly recommended…

Don was patient with us and showed us many houses over several months, Saturdays and Sundays included. Don always made us a CMA before showing us a house so we new what the value of the home was just in case we wanted to make an offer then and there. Don also sold our home and marketed it well. It sold in 9 nine days and it was a difficult sale as we had to lease back with the buyer and more. Don was professional and handled everything for us. I would highly recommend Don to anyone looking to find a house to call their own.
