Katie is phenomenal at what she does!!! We needed to sell our home in a hurry to move out of state. Katie at Pettruzzelli Inc was my agent for purchasing my first home in August 2021. In a time where home buying is so fast paced and hectic, Katie was able to stay one step ahead of everything through the entire process. As a first time homebuyer I had no idea which steps to take and Katie was able to provide answers to all of my questions.
