Dominic had people who cleaned both the house and carpets. He had good contractors who delt with inspection issues along the way and they did excellent work. My wife was in the hospital during this time frame and Dominic said, "Barry take care of your wife and leave the rest up to me." I was under a lot of stress with my wife being sick and trying to sell a house and Dominic I am beyond thankful to you. All I can say is have Dominic as your agent and you won't regret it. He will sell your house or help you find a new one. Dominic has good moral character and you will probably make a friend as Sherry and I did along the way. We will definitely be referring Dominic to people we come into contact with that have real estate needs.

I wanted to share a very positive experience regarding a recent house sale that Katie and Dominic expertly orchestrated for me. I am from out of state and was tasked with selling the home of an elderly relative that I moved into an assisted care facilitiy. Having zero knowledge regarding the housing market in the Mount Vernon/WA area, I decided to give this team a try based on their google reviews. Katie and Dominic did not disappoint. From the beginning they accommodated my out of state schedule, were knowledgeable and professional, and managed expectations regarding sale price, timing and considerable paperwork associated with the sale as any competent real estate professionals should. However they went far above and beyond the expected. They were helpful in decluttering the house by dropping off boxes and volunteering to donate items to shelters or simply hauling unwanted items to the dump, including disposal of household hazardous waste. They helped address minor deficiencies that were raised during a home inspection requested by a prospective buyer, for example installation of a water expansion tank and other repairs by finding the resource and having them perform the work without me having to try and supervise this work from out of state. The house also needed a new roof. Recognizing my difficulties of trying to handle this issue from out of state Katie jumped into action, organized multiple quotes from roofing companies, adivised on the pros and cons of various quotes, and coordinated the workschedule of the roofer I ultimatley settled on. In the end the house was sold in a timely fashion, the selling price was fair giving current market conditions and Katie and Dominic were invaluable in making this a smooth and relativelly enjoyable experience - despite Katie having to deal with being on crutches for an ankle injury during part of this process. I can highly recommend this team without reservations.
