I worked with Heather McNeil, who was quite enthusiastic. The whole process of buying and selling at the same time went relatively smoothly with the closing dates on both properties lined up for an easy move. On the sale side, the high quality marketing and appropriate listing price made it easy and fast to get it under contract. While we already knew which property we wanted, Heather was able secure us a sales contract and get us the upgrades and additions we wanted on the new property. I was quite pleased with the results and appreciate her energy and motivation.

I thought my experience working with Dominic was excellent, very easy and stress free. The staff was very helpful and took the time to make sure my selling needs were met. They took care of all communication with the renters that were in the house I sold and took most all of the stress off of my shoulders. They also kept me in the loop at all times so there was no wondering what was happening with the preparation and sale. All in all I would say that they are a great team to work with.
