Incredibly capable at smoothing out any rough edges that come about with the overwhelming process of buying a new home. As first time home buyers we had many questions and without fail we were well informed at every point of our transaction. I worked with Heather McNeil, who was quite enthusiastic. The whole process of buying and selling at the same time went relatively smoothly with the closing dates on both properties lined up for an easy move. On the sale side, the high quality marketing and appropriate listing price made it easy and fast to get it under contract. While we already knew which property we wanted, Heather was able secure us a sales contract and get us the upgrades and additions we wanted on the new property. I was quite pleased with the results and appreciate her energy and motivation.

Jenna showed up prepared with a nice selection of homes to view. She showed my family a half dozen homes and it was a great experience. I would refer her to friends and family because it was a smooth transition.

I thought my experience working with Dominic was excellent, very easy and stress free. He knows how to word everything to where people who aren't familiar with the real estate process know whats going on, such as myself. The staff was very helpful and took the time to make sure my selling needs were met. They took care of all communication with the renters that were in the house I sold and took most all of the stress off of my shoulders. They also kept me in the loop at all times so there was no wondering what was happening with the preparation and sale. All in all I would say that they are a great team to work with.
