His team is creative, fun, hitech, and timeliness in responses. I was hesitant at first because they were located in Mount Vernon, but the distance didn't seem to hinder them at all. We would call and he would show up. We made the decision on a Friday night that we wanted to list our home, and bam, he was there that night and prepared. He already had a price and the reasons behind it. I feel like it was priced just right for what we could have hoped for. He was very realistic, honest, and was able to lay out the plan on how it would all unfold. We have heard from friends that they have seen our home multiple times through YouTube and other advertising avenues.
