He was very friendly and easy to talk to, gave us constructive help on what we could do to make the house show better and kept us well informed as the house was being sold. What drew me in particular to this team was the happenstance meeting with Dominic and a short conversation realizing that he and his team have the wherewithall and the knowledge to distribute the information in a hitech way. The disruption in how he markets was incredible, and the reach was endless. It was intriguing, entertaining, and drew out of town buyers. This was all generated through a Trulia Conversation. His team is creative, fun, hitech, and timeliness in responses. I was hesitant at first because they were located in Mount Vernon, but the distance didn't seem to hinder them at all. We would call and he would show up. We made the decision on a Friday night that we wanted to list our home, and bam, he was there that night and prepared. He already had a price and the reasons behind it. I feel like it was priced just right for what we could have hoped for. He was very realistic, honest, and was able to lay out the plan on how it would all unfold. We have heard from friends that they have seen our home multiple times through YouTube and other advertising avenues.
Our experiences with Dominic have always been very pleasant! We have used him to buy and sell homes. The team is kind, attentive and very easy to work with. Communication and attention to detail concerning personal needs and desires are on point. Not only that, but the advertising has grown excessively and progressively. I love the individual videos Dominic and the camera crew does to market a home. Each individual property is showcased as a mini show for their property they're trying to sell. Each one is entertaining and suited to the individual home! Also, as icing on the cake, the team offers funded group client trips that are always a great adventure!
