The quality of pictures is something I have noticed whenever I look at real estate listings and not only does this team have the top notch newest technology for pictures, the team uses professional videographers to create a stunning real life experience of life in the home. Our newly remodeled home had an amazing entertainment space in our open concept kitchen great room and our video highlighted this by documenting a Friendsgiving crowd, visiting and eating and having plenty of space. They have a very user friendly website that tells you daily the activity on your listing and all the views you are receiving on the various platforms. The agents worked to create an equitable resolution to our negotiations, so that was appreciated. The day of our video shoot, Dom, the team lead, even rolled up his sleeves and helped us with staging and final touches, as in turning the drawer pulls around on our custom vanity, who knew they shipped turned inwards!?
