Dominic handled everything from soup to nuts. Brochures, video, pics (which were great, btw). Then selectively marketed the property to the most likely buyers online (selectively using international sites as well). This marketing strategy resulted in the House going under contract in around 100 days and closed at 150 days. Considering the house really was an unusual home, not your typical Naples Mediterranean home, it was doubly impressive. The home would only appeal to a segment of the market, yet Dominic found the buyer - fast. And he handled everything - quickly, professionally, effectively. The listing was $2.0M (and sale was very close to that).
