Dodd not only helped me with the purchase of my house he also helped me when it was time to sell it. He works really hard to make sure that you get what you are looking for as a buyer, and will do whatever he can to make you happy. His knowledge was tremendous when it came to purchasing a new home, because he helped by not allowing me to make a mistake by getting too anxious. That same patience worked extremely well when it came time to sell it to make sure we got as close to asking price. He did his homework to make sure that the house was not priced out of market and because of his homework the house sold rather quickly.
