I purchased my house 18 months ago and Dodd was very helpful. He understood what I was looking for and my price range and found houses for me to look at that met those requirements. He picked me up several times at my old house because i was not familiar with the area where we were going. He was very helpful in completing all the closing procedures. I would call him again if I were to buy another house.

Dodd not only helped me with the purchase of my house he also helped me when it was time to sell it. He works really hard to make sure that you get what you are looking for as a buyer, and will do whatever he can to make you happy. His knowledge was tremendous when it came to purchasing a new home, because he helped by not allowing me to make a mistake by getting too anxious. That same patience worked extremely well when it came time to sell it to make sure we got as close to asking price. He did his homework to make sure that the house was not priced out of market and because of his homework the house sold rather quickly. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a realtor, I can promise that you will not be disappointed!!
