Working with Donna was a pleasure. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the Titusville area real estate market. With her help we received 3 offers on our home within the first 2 weeks of it being on the market! She worked diligently to secure the best buyer and helped us prepare to turn over the home all the way thru closing. Donna is a wonderful person and highly skilled agent.

In today's market, it's worth having a realtor like Donna who has many years of experience buying/selling homes. This is our fourth real estate transaction with Donna (houses and condo). She is very professional, yet down to earth and easy to talk to, and can easily handle difficult situations. She listens to you while providing advice using her broad marketing knowledge. Her communication is exceptional, keeping ahead of any potential issues. She will always be our go-to realtor and someone we call friend.

Great agent, alway goes that extra mile

Our experience with Donna was awesome. Our problems were her problems. She was sincere and thoughtful all rolled into one. She went out of her way to show us the best possible support to get exactly what we wanted. We succeeded because of her. Wish all of our previous realtors had been like her.

Donna knows real estate. She helped me navigate selling some vacant land and together we chose the right method to market and sell these lots. Best of all, it worked. You won't find a more dedicated realtor in Titusville.

Donna guided me through my first real estate transaction in years. A lot has changed in this age of internet, but an experiened realtor is still really irreplaceable. She found the right investment for me and made the transaction stress free. She works with a great team of handimen and title company agents that are just the best.

This was a challenging transaction as the property was held in an estate and there were extra hurdles to overcome. Donna was relentless in following up all the littles issues that popped up. It wasn't a big commission for her, but she treated it like a million dollar sale. I Highly Recommend her for all your real estate needs. Thanks a million, Donna!

It was a pleasure to work with Donna on the sale of our home. She knows the real estate market and was honest and professional in sharing this knowledge with us. She goes well beyond what is expected to make sure a smooth transition occurs. We do not hesitate to highly recommend Donna for your real estate needs. Thank you Donna for all you did for us.

Donna is a seasoned professional who knows the area and local market quite well. Closing process was easy and relatively painless. Highly recommend!

Donna knows what she’s doing and it shows. After 6 buying and selling nightmares, I finally found a good realtor. I just wish I would have known her 35 years ago!

Donna was great. She had my house under contract in just 12 hours of it being on the market. She made the process very easy! I would recommend her 100% to anyone in the area.

Donna Cox was invaluable to us in selling the house. She kept in close communications with us and provided excellent advice when we had questions. I highly recommend her realtor services to anyone. Thank you, Donna. It was a pleasure working with you.
