DONNA IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CARING REALTOR ,WE PURCHASED OUR FIRST florida home with her 23 years ago she has helped several of our friends buy and sell their homes and took our son by the hand to find his first condo , in July of this year she once again helped us, she sold our home in the first two day of listing it and we bought our new home with her help .I would highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs

As the listing realtor on our townhouse, Donna jumped hurdle after hurdle to bring the sale to fruition, always keeping our best interests in mind. Personally involved every step of the way, Donna worked tirelessly on our behalf--handling details far beyond the usual interaction with the buyer's realtor, the title company, and the Association representative. Especially key to making the sale work were the oversight of repairs needed to clinch the deal along with the careful shepherding of many extensions of the contract as weeks stretched into months. We finally closed last week thanks to her "never give up," can-do attitude. Kudos to Donna.

Donna Cox has been our realtor since moving to Titusville, Florida twenty years ago. We use her gladly for all of our real estate needs whether it be sale, purchase or just advice. She is always there. Her professionalism and attention to detail is always top notch. Most recently, she represented our Mother in Law in her purchase of a home in Titusville. Closing was flawless. If all this sounds a bit over the top, it's because it has been earned time and again.

Donna Cox is the best in her field! It’s both because of her extensive experience and she truly loves helping and guiding others through what can be a very difficult time. I was in such a situation but once in Donna’s hands I knew all would be right. Mrs. Cox was professional, thought of everything, dependable, honest, savvy with contracts that protected us. She worked with multiple buyers to secure the best deal for us. She followed the process all the way through closing to its conclusion. She was the perfect realtor for someone trying to sell their home from 800 miles away. I LOVE her and would absolutely do business with her again. Can’t say enough positive things about this amazing agent.

Donna is a miracle worker! My husband and I relocated from Utah to Florida. Shopping for a home long distance is quite daunting. Donna shared listings with us in our price range and became our eyes and ears until we were able to be there personally. Any and all questions were answered professionally and immediately. Her knowledge of neighborhoods and their surrounding areas aided us in making decisions of where we would like to live. Information concerning the closing or even turning the power on were extremely helpful. Donna's reputation and relationships with other realtors helped of acquire the home we will be living in for a very long time! We will refer anyone we know to ask for Donna's help whether buying or selling a home! Thank you Donna for all of your over the top help!

Looks for what you want. Helps you with everything you need.

Donna is the best in Titusville! She was extremely responsive and was always available to answer every question I had. She would provide status updates frequently throughout the process which relieved much of my stress as we were on a tight timeline. She went above and beyond to make sure everything and everyone was on track and mindful of our closing date. I couldn't imagine going through the home buying process without her. She truly is the best realtor in Titusville!

Just used Donna for the 2nd time to sell a house and she's still the best in Titusville! Had multiple offers in only 24 hours and one of those closed 6 weeks later. She comes thoroughly prepared and knowledgeable about the value of your house as well as the process to list and, more importantly, sell it. She ensures your house is widely advertised to as many potential buyers as possible and was immediately responsive to the many questions that we had. Thanks Donna, and as we told you at closing, you're the best!

This was my first experience with Donna Cox. It had been several years since buying a home, HIGHLY recommend her. She was professional, very responsive to any questions or concerns. She is quick to submit offers. We submitted an offer and Donna beat out the same offer from another person on the same day by 1 hour. Our offer was the one excepted. There is no waiting around with her. She gets it done. She knows the area and does her best to find "that" home that fits without trying to push you in one direction or another. She is actively with you during the whole process from showing to closing. I highly recommend and will be referring others to her.

Ms. Cox displays a professionalism, strength and finesse unusual in the residential brokerage industry. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We recommend Donna Cox to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. She is extremely knowledgeable and always there for any questions we had. Donna Cox goes above and beyond and there just aren’t enough words to describe how great she is. We will definitely call her again when looking to buy or sell our home.

Donna was so helpful, supportive and excellent at keeping us informed, through the entire process of selling our home. She was extremely responsive to our questions and guided us through the entire process, providing suggestions on how to make the property more appealing to buyers. We really appreciate her attention to detail and are so pleased with the results.
