The BEST Realtor I've ever dealt with by far! Donna helped us buy this house in LaCita in 2007. She was the most professional, knowledgable and helpful realtor we had ever met. That hasn't changed - and is the reason we listed this home with her as we seek to downsize. She helped us find our new home as well. We have bought and sold homes in Florida, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina and New Jersey as we moved with our company. In addition to those experiences, I have held a Broker's license since 2002. As a Broker-in-Charge it had been my responsibility to train and monitor realtors in my office in Western North Carolina. I know the work of a Realtor can be demanding, difficult and sometimes exasperating. However, Donna manages her way through all of that with grace and professionalism. With all that said, I can honestly rate Donna Cox as the BEST Realtor I've ever dealt with by far!

Donna is the best! Donna is well known in Brevard County, and especially in the neighborhood where she just sold our home. Our home she just sold was located in Hickory hills within Titusville, and was a cute pool home which of course sold way over asking price due to Donna’s guidance! She is smart, skilled, and very on the ball! She made sure we were prepared, hired a professional photographer, and gave us instruction on how to prep the house. She she was the one who got us us our first home as well as sold our first home and I couldn’t be more grateful. She showed us how important it is to have a qualified, skilled realtor (especially in a crazy market)! She is highly recommended and has been an amazing asset during both the buying and selling process!

Most impressive agent I have encountered.

Donna is the epitome of “master class”. Her advise, constant and prompt communication along with her expert knowledge of this area and the market made my choice a no-brainer! With her advice, I listed and had multiple offers in two days and went to contract that week; closed today. When you want the best, she is it and that’s the honest truth.

I recently sold my condo in downtown Titusville after living in it for 27 years. It was the only home I have actually owned. So, I had no idea how to go about selling it. Donna Cox had been recommended to me, and after making initial contact with her, she was the only realtor who actually followed through directly with me about listing my condo. She had sold units in my condo building before, so she was completely familiar with it. I needed to have some work done in my unit just prior to listing it and her experience with local contractors was very helpful. She is also very knowledgeable and was quite helpful with all the details when the unit was sold and going through the mechanics of the process. For a customer who was going through selling a unit for the first time she was excellent.

She is very experienced and knowledgeable of the local areas. Because of her many years of experience, we had contacted her to help with other home purcahses. We value her insight into marketing trends and neighborhood characteristics. She has become one of our dearest friends. Thank you, Donna, for everything!

Donna is a very experienced and knowledgeable agent who has has many years in the marketplace to prove it. We have done several transactions in the past and have always been pleased with the outcome. Donna is very professional when dealing with clients and other agents. Communication was always a priority and contracts were always explained to the fullest. Her presentation of our property was the best of any listing on the market, unless of course she was the one that listed that property. We are looking forward doing business with her again.

Fabulous lady. Handled our sale with professionalism and expertise. You cannot find a better, more knowledgeable realtor anywhere. We highly recommend Donna and do yourself a favor…engage her services as needed.
