Donna is professional, personable and knows Titusville inside and out. She was exceptional to work with on the purchase of our new home. She always kept us informed with updates and was almost always available via the phone -- like we were her most important clients (which we knew wasn't true!) We (retired military) have had several homes in various locales over the years so we have worked with many different realtors, Donna is the best of the best.

I could not be more pleased to have chosen Donna as my realtor! She really knows her stuff and her wealth of experience shows! I wanted an agent with experience to navigate all the ins and outs of the selling process, and she is great at that and will really be there for you! She is an excellent communicator, always (and I mean always) kept me abreast of what was happening with the sale of my house, and good at following through with the details and making sure things get done in a timely manner. She is a professional and knows the best way to market your property to get the best price, and how to deal with any difficult things that come up. But beyond all of the business stuff, she is extremely personable, friendly, kind, genuine, easy to talk to, and a hard worker. She always had my best interest in mind, so glad she was my agent!

Donna Cox is a Rock Star! She has the experience to get it done. Donna is a seasoned professional who gives reasoned advice, which I gratefully accepted. She understands how to market real estate and stayed in communication with me during all phased of the process. She exudes professionalism. I received two full-priced offers in just two days and she demonstrated her full support during negotiations. I will be selling another property and definitely intend to ask Donna to represent me on that transaction. If you want it done quickly, professionally, and with the best result, listen to Donna Cox.

Donna, helped my wife, son and I find the perfect home. This is the second time Donna has helped us for our family home search. She has all the local experience, knowledge and professionalism you can ask for in a realtor. Our search criteria was always Donn's focus. She patiently showed us multiple homes that were recommended by her as well as by us until we finally found the perfect fit. Hopefully it'll be a long time from now, but if we search for a new home we'll certainly work with Donna again.

Donna guided us to find our dream home. She is very knowledgable and always has the answer. Donna has a gift. She is Calm, Cool and collective. Always going the extra step for us. Buying s home is stressful. So Blessed that we had donna. Classy and a sweetheart. I highly recommend her as your realtor. 10 Stars here! 👍🏻

This is the second time that we utilized Donna with a purchase or sale. Updates were always on target. Even in this difficult market Donna worked very hard to find the perfect buyer. She was always accessible and ready to to help us with any questions that came about. Her work ethic is impeccable. She was always there when we needed her. She always went above and beyond and helpful beyond our expectations.

Donna has been my Realtor for over twenty years. I am extremely satisfied with her market knowledge, communication and professionalism. I highly recommend her to both buyers and sellers if you are looking for the best agent in Brevard county.

We've bought and sold houses many times. This was the best agent we ever had. Received 3 offers in 1 day. In a slow market we sold our house for $6000.00 over asking price. Donna is experienced, capable, and most of all kind. Thank you Donna.

Highly recommend Donna, she was super easy to get to know, very kind and knowledgeable. She made our home buying process very easy as she made sure everything was done on time for closing.

This is my second real estate transaction with Donna Cox. She enabled a trouble-free sale of my condo last year. There was no one else that I know in the real estate field that I would have chosen to facilitate this recent sale of my acreage in Mims. Donna is professional, but a warm and friendly realtor; a very knowledgeable person who lends great credibility to the real estate community.

Thank you Donna for all of your knowledge and professionalism. You always go above and beyond!

We always go to Donna Cox because of her knowledge and professionalism. This is our second home we’ve bought with her by our side, we couldn’t have done this without you. You always go above and beyond!
