After the inspection came back and we were surprised to find that the house needed a new roof, he helped us get a quote for a new roof and negotiated accordingly. Since we were moving from out of state and weren't familiar with the area, this was a great help to us! Very knowledgable about the community. Highly recommend!

Silverton, OR is a small community with plenty of history and full of very friendly residents and business owners. My folks fell in love with this little town 30 plus years ago and eventually relocated there from Southern California. They became very active in the community and developed many friendships. My father spoke kindly about Dixon over the years and they shared the same passion for real estate. My folks worked together as a sales and marketing team for a well known real estate chain in Southern California.
