We really wanted to find a place in Silverton, and because of Dixon's expertise, we were able to find the perfect house. After the inspection came back and we were surprised to find that the house needed a new roof, he helped us get a quote for a new roof and negotiated accordingly. Since we were moving from out of state and weren't familiar with the area, this was a great help to us! Very knowledgable about the community. Highly recommend!

Silverton, OR is a small community with plenty of history and full of very friendly residents and business owners. My folks fell in love with this little town 30 plus years ago and eventually relocated there from Southern California. They became very active in the community and developed many friendships. My father spoke kindly about Dixon over the years and they shared the same passion for real estate. My folks worked together as a sales and marketing team for a well known real estate chain in Southern California. My father had a lot of respect for Dixon and introduced him to me not long before my parents passing in the summer of 2020. I am the Executor for my folks Estate and Dixon has been there every step of the way in marketing and selling my folks home and investment property in Silverton.
