My husband and I decided to work with Dina after interviewing multiple different real estate agents in the Bay Area. Ultimately her consultative approach combined with deep expertise & knowledge of the surrounding neighborhoods made her the perfect fit for us. Dina didn’t disappoint, every single step of the way she went above and beyond. We’ve bought houses before and sold houses before but never received the kind of partnership that we did with Dina. She cared about us as individuals in addition to being a savvy agent, throughout this entire process....which in and of itself is unique as you may know. Multiple offers, competitive industry, contractual terms, Dina was there with us through it all. Advising us; coaching us, and helping us make our best decision for our dream home.

I have worked with scores of exceptional realtors over the years. Dina is by far the best because more than others she puts her client first. I met Dina at a home she was showing for one of her partners. Although it was its first day on the market, the home already had an offer, and Dina graciously told me that the owners were planning to take it. With Dina's help, and with my wife's support from 500 miles away, we made an offer just in time to be considered. When Dina called me to share the results, I was talking on the phone with my wife and conferenced us all in. Dina told us we had the highest offer and the owners were planning on accepting it. My wife said "That's great!" but after talking for another 5 or so minutes Dina asked if we really wanted the house, sensing some concern on the part of my wife, who hadn't seen the home. Dina talked with us for 15 minutes or so helping us understand reasons to and not to buy the house. Her focus was on making sure we made the decision that was best for us in the long term, not best for her in the short term. Her caring for us didn't stop there. We ultimately did buy the house, and being out of town needed a number of things done for it that we couldn't do ourselves. On several occasions Dina took care of things for us. Finally, during our discussions about what to do it became apparent that Dina knows the East Bay real estate market, the differences between its communities, schools, markets, etc. We feel extremely lucky to have met Dina, who will always be our Bay Area realtor and friend.

When we found our dream house out of the blue and decided to scramble to put our current house on the market, Dina was immediately on it with a smile on her face. She told us exactly what we needed to do to get the top dollar we needed to afford our dream house. She isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty and helped with landscaping and house staging. Her expertise and guidance are the reason I’m writing this review from my gorgeous new hot tub in the house of our dreams!!! The only problem with Dina is now that she got us our forever home we don’t get to work with her again.

Dina helped us navigate the tough Bay Area buying experience and we ended up with a fantastic home. Couldn't have been happier. She is always on time, pleasant, and fun to work with. Thanks again Dina.

Dina was a Godsend for me, I was dealing with the sale of my deceased mother's property and her help and insight were invaluable. She took on the large task of negotiating every vendor on my behalf since I was not located in the Moraga area. She found competent vendors to make my mother's home look new and even got us $90k over asking!!! She is very professional and willing to pull up her sleeves and do the dirty work too. I cannot thank her enough for helping me through a very difficult time. I highly recommend her!!!!
